Program Areas

Established in 2019 by Susan and Ash Gujral, the Gujral Community Fund is a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) with managed assets used to support organizations that focus on families living in San Francisco. Our core belief is that families are integral to the unique vibrancy and energy of the City, but their particular needs require special consideration and accommodations in order to continue to thrive in this urban environment.

Our program is focused on four core themes:

We support established not-for-profits with the experience, resources, and networks to effectively address each of these issues. The Gujral Community Fund makes contributions to bolster the great work being done by those organizations.

The following organizations illustrate the types of charities that we will target to receive support, as they embody the core principals of the Gujral Community Fund. Find out more about these organizations by visiting their websites or by viewing our program area pages.
